When you register on our site it is understood that you are giving us permission to periodically email information that my impact your IT environment. What personal information does ForeFront Partners collect?

Personal information given to ForeFront Partners may be transferred across state and country borders for data consolidation, storage and simplified information management.
With whom does ForeFront Partners share personal information?
ForeFront Partners contracts with third party service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions. ForeFront Partners will share personal information with its service providers and suppliers for the sole purpose and only to the extent needed to support the customers’ business needs and only if permission is granted. Service providers and suppliers are required to keep confidential the personal information received from ForeFront Partners and may not use it for any purpose other than as originally intended.

Except as provided above, ForeFront Partners will not share personal information with any other third parties without your permission, unless required by, or in connection with, law enforcement action, subpoena or other litigation, or applicable law.

ForeFront Partners does not require that customers, business partners or non-employee visitors to ForeFront Partners websites provide ForeFront Partners with personal information. ForeFront Partners employees and applicants for employment are required to provide ForeFront Partners with personal information as a condition of employment, or applying for employment, with ForeFront Partners. This information is used by ForeFront Partners and may be shared with third party vendors in connection with ForeFront Partners’s administration of its Human Resources programs and functions consistent with the terms of this Policy Statement and applicable law.

Other Information/Logging and Cookies
ForeFront Partners collects and/or logs Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the ForeFront Partners web site, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit.
ForeFront Partners does not currently use cookies to track visitors to our websites.
Links to Non-ForeFront Partners Web Sites and Third Parties
The ForeFront Partners web sites may provide links to third-party web sites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the ForeFront Partners web site. ForeFront Partners does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ForeFront Partners’s. We do not endorse or make any representations about third party web sites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the ForeFront Partners Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. Some third party companies may choose to share their personal data with ForeFront Partners; that sharing is governed by that third party company's privacy policy.
