Although eRoom is easy to set up and manage, we offer some packages that assist our clients.

We offer onsite consulting assistance, including installation, design and training. If our travel costs are more than what's in your budget, we also offer telephone-based and remote-control consulting.

If you do not currently own a windows based server, we can work with you to purchase one or set up a monthly server hosting account with RackSpace.

Onsite Services

Jump-Start Complete Onsite Our eRoom eXperts will come to your location to assist you with the following: Install and configure eRoom on your Windows-based server or a hosted server at RackSpace. Give you an eRoom overview and show you some sample uses. Work with you to define business processes that can be mapped within eRoom. Show you how eRoom can improve your current processes. Design and build 2 or 3 eRooms based on business. Train end users how to use eRoom as configured in number 5. Train your users/coordinators how to customize existing eRooms. Length 16+ Hours Cost $225/hour + travel

Remote Services

If travel costs are not within your budget, or you need consulting services less than the minimum of 8 hours onsite, we offer telephone-based support. We can also use industry-standard remote-control software to remotely access your eRoom server to perform installation, configuration and building of eRooms.
